Annual Chamber Golf Outing Opportunities Available — Deadline July 3

The Annual Chamber Golf Outing is currently looking for hole sponsorships , and prize donations.  The event will be held at Stonehenge Golf and County Club on  Monday, July 13.  This will be a Florida Scramble event and there will be a morning tee time and an afternoon tee time with nearly 150 players.  Call the Chamber or email info@wkchamber to be a sponsor or to play at 574-267-6311.

Chamber Member Opportunity — New Educator Welcome Luncheon

The Education Committee of the of the Chamber is preparing to hold the third annual New Educator Welcome Luncheon on Friday, August 7th.  All new educators hired by all five school systems in Kosciusko County are invited to attend.  It is our goal to make the new educators feel as welcome as possible to the community. In doing this we would like to provide each one with a gift bag of nice items from our Chamber member educators moving into a new community might find useful, such as pens, pads, calculators, mugs, backpacks, gift certificates, special discounts, etc.

 If your business would like to participate in providing a gift for each of the new educators, please bring or mail 90 of the same item to the Chamber by Friday, July 31.  The Chamber staff along with volunteers will then put goodie bags together for the educators using your items.  This is a great opportunity to introduce your businesses to up to 90 new residents and welcome these educators to our community.  For more information, please call the Chamber at 574-267-6311 or email info@wkchamber.com.
